鸡蛋要洗

每次購買雞蛋先以清水加入食鹽 將蛋放入水中浸泡3~5分鐘，輕輕搓揉蛋殼表面 以清水沖淨。 我的同事他丈人是開養雞場的， 經營著蛋雞的生意。在某個場合中，我同事告訴大家以下的故事，聽得大家目瞪口呆。先撇開素不素的問題，我在這兒轉述一次，大家再考慮一下還要不要繼續吃蛋。 你們知道雞的甚麼地方最 髒嗎？我同事問大家。 「脖子？」「雞爪？」 「都不是。」我同事笑咪咪的搖著頭。 「是雞屁股。你們有沒有人專愛吃雞屁股的呀？！」大家你看我，我看你，露出不解的表情。... more
